Reviews are important for both us to help new products become more visible in well established market, understanding customer feedback and for new customers to have better idea and more information on what they are buying. To reward people who have taken the time to leave a review we offer rewards.
Terms and conditions
Rewards only apply for products that have been purchased from Second Life Marketplace and the review must comply with Second Life Terms of Service and Marketplace Listing Guidelines. To qualify the product must be listed below and it must have active status.
The review must be left within 14 days after purchase of the product. The reward will be sent to account that purchased the product within 14 days after posting the review. If you have not received your reward please contact us. We reserve the right to extend the review period if malpractice is suspected and until Linden Lab provides a resolution.
The review must be on subject of the product and rating needs to correspond with the review. Reviews that concern anything out of our control including delivery, client or server issues and other unrelated to product are not accepted. Customers are expected to read the listing before the purchase. Reviews based on misunderstandings caused by not reading the product listing are not accepted.
You or your alternative account must not be listed in our promotions blacklist to be eligible. We reserve the right to blacklist customers from our promotions for breaking these terms and conditions, changing review after reward or other malicious intentions.
