Use of our products provided with this agreement constitutes your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install, copy or use Jigip Studio products. Use of Jigip Studio products is conditioned upon compliance by user with the terms of this agreement.
1.1. Definitions
This Jigip Studio End User License Agreement (“EULA”) also referred as (“LICENSE”) is a legal agreement between you the End User (whether an individual or a recognized legal entity) (the “LICENSEE”) and Jigip Studio for the Jigip Studio products accompanying this EULA, which includes all Jigip Studio products, designs and content.
1.2. License grant
Jigip Studio grants you a license to use and modify the products included in one copy of Jigip Studio. “You” means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. “Use” means copying, storing, loading, installing, or displaying the contents. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell or sublicense the contents to another person, company or other entity.
1.3. Ownership
The Jigip Studio collection is owned and copyrighted by Jigip Studio. Your license confers no title or ownership of the products and should not be construed as a sale of any right.
1.4. Copyright
Jigip Studio products are protected by Estonian copyright law, international treaty provisions and other applicable law. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in Jigip Studio is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to Jigip Studio will remain the exclusive property of Jigip Studio and you will not acquire any rights to Jigip Studio except as expressly set forth in this license.
1.5. Liability
You agree that you will defend, indemnify and hold Jigip Studio harmless against any claims or liabilities arising out of the use, misuse, distribution or execution of any Jigip Studio product including claims brought against you for the use of such 3D models, textures and all other kind of products. You further agree to hold harmless and protect Jigip Studio against any such civil, legal or criminal claims which will be paid by licensee including court costs and judgments.
1.6. Governing law
This Agreement shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Estonia.
1.7. Amendments
Jigip Studio reserves the right to amend its agreements and terms at any time.
1.8. Enforceability
If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, the parties agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this agreement.
1.9. Terms of use
You agree to use Jigip Studio products and services only according to our (“TERMS OF USE”).
